At Greenwood Psychotherapy and Consulting, we take a client-centered approach to therapy, focusing on unique needs and goals.   Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health issues. We believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background. 

We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists also have expertise in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color.  Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor their approach to meet the needs of their clients. We have therapists with specialties of S.A.F.E EMDR, ACT, DBT, EFT, Gottman and IFS.
