We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists also have expertise in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color. Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor their approach to meet the needs of their clients. We have therapists with specialties of S.A.F.E EMDR, ACT, DBT, EFT, Gottman and IFS.
